Workers' Compensation Claims

Managed Care Innovations provides a web-based claims reporting system called Visual Liquid Web (VLW) that includes two options for submitting claims. First, a designated person (named user with a password) can submit a claim electronically to MCI. A second option involves a field supervisor or manager (an anonymous user who must have the agency location code) completing the first portion of the claim and then submitting this to the named user who completes and submits the claim. The human resource representative receives the claim number as acknowledgment of receipt.
